This beautiful chalet lies in the popular area of Sa Punta in Portocolom, in the southeast of Mallorca.

The next big town is Cala d’Or, a popular tourist destination, which offers many shopping facilities and nightlife. It only takes a 15 minutes’ drive to Santanyi, a charming little town with modern boutiques, bars, restaurants and galleries, which show international and local art. Santanyi is surrounded by many beautiful bays, i.e. Cala Santanyi or Cala Llombards, also with fine white sand and crystal-clear water.

The capital of the island, Palma, and the airport Son San Juan are only 50 minutes away by car.
