This beautiful finca is located outside the town of Campos on Mallorca.

Embedded in the mediterranean nature on a plot of approx. 15.000 m2 you will find this beautiful country house with a living area of approx. 210 m2. In the entrance area there is the dining table. Here would be the possibility to create another bedroom. To the right is the living area with fireplace and open kitchen, which invites you to cook together. Here there is an exit to a porch with glazing, so you can also sit on the terrace on cooler days. Also on the right side there is a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the left side, seen from the entrance area, there is a garage, a utility room and a guest toilet. A door leads to the outside kitchen. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which houses the large master bedroom area, of course, with bathroom. A large balcony offers magnificent views over the Mallorcan countryside.

There is also a beautiful pool with surrounding sun terrace. The garden is laid out with plants typical of the country. The house is equipped with central heating.

Campos is a town with many amenities of daily life, such as the supermarkets, the Saturday weekly market and bars.

The island’s capital, Palma, with the bustling life of a capital city and the international airport, is only about 25 minutes away by car.
