This bright and modern hous is located in a pleasant residential area in Calas de Mallorca in the southeast of the island. The property is accessed via a private entrance gate.

It is distributed over two floors. On the lower floor are the spacious living dining area with exit to a covered terrace, the fully equipped kitchen with a service hatch to the dining area as well as a bathroom.

The upper floor accommodates 3 double bedrooms, one with two single beds and two with double beds. A bathroom and a large terrace complete this floor.

Outside, there is the private pool and a small garden, which has been beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants. The surrounding terrace by the pool offers enough space for sunbathing and relax. An outside shower is also available. Under the porch and near to the dining area there is also a small outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Here you can prepare meals and enjoy them outdoors.

Calas de Mallorca offers a wide range of shopping, dining and leisure activities. The surrounding beaches with crystal blue water invite to extensive beach days.
