This charming finca, decorated with great attention to detail, is located near the charming village of Cas Concos in the southeast of Mallorca.

In the main house, there is the ground floor with a spacious living room and the dining area. Both have a fireplace to provide cosy warmth on cooler days. A fully equipped, open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A storage room is also not missing.

A large bedroom with shower, toilet and its own terrace as well as another room (this currently serves as an office) and a guest toilet complete the lower area.

Upstairs there are two further double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes – the master bedroom has its own fireplace and access to a beautiful terrace. In the beautifully landscaped garden there is a guest flat with a living area and a modern, open kitchen as well as a bedroom with bathroom en suite.

A large pool invites you to sunbathe and swim.

Various seating areas let you forget about everyday life and enjoy the magnificent view of the finca’s surrounding countryside. Outside, there is another room equipped with underfloor heating, the use of which is entirely up to you.

A garage, with a parking space for one car is also available.

The property is equipped with an alarm system.

In the small village of Cas Concos you will find everything you need for daily life as well as some highly recommended restaurants.

The small town of Santanyi is a nice destination after a short drive. There is a large weekly market here on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Fresh produce from the island and all kinds of other goods can be bought there. Very well-kept and good restaurants are looking forward to your visit.
