Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom. From the master bedroom, you step onto the terrace with breathtaking views.

In the garden there are several places to lounge. The covered terrace is a great place to relax in the hot summers. There is a permit for a swimming pool and there is a garage.

Alqueria Blanca is a small village with several good restaurants, a supermarket, bakery and a pharmacy. In 15 minutes you can be in Santanyi which is a beautiful village with authentic Mallorcan architecture. Twice a week there is a nice market. Several beautiful bays are also 10 minutes away and you can make beautiful walks in the Nature Parc Cala Mondrago.
