This old refurbished rural finca with approx. 180 m2 living area and suitable for up to 8 persons. It is situated in between Cas Concos and Cala D’or, therefore you can enjoy the rural ambience, but as well the nearness of the coast and beaches. The finca disposes of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and comfort like air conditioning, central heating and internet. In the outdoor area you find a complete summer kitchen with grill and gas cooker.

The holiday Finca is attached to another Finca, but both Fincas dispose of their own private Swimming pool and outdoor area, so you can enjoy complete privacy.

Situation: The villages Cas Concos and Felanitx are only approx. 5 and 10 minutes away. Here you find supermarkets, shops, weekly village markets, chemist´s and everything you need for your daily life.
Portocolom, the fisher village with many fantastic restaurants and little beaches, you reach in about 8 minutes by car. The Golfcourse Vall d´Or you reach in about 6 minutes.
