This town house (aprox. 161m2) is located in the fishing village of Portocolom. Within minutes you are in the harbour where you can stroll along the promenade and enjoy Mediterranean food at several restaurants.

On the ground floor is a garage, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the first floor is the living/dining room. There is a modern kitchen with a small storage room, a fireplace and air conditioning. Through the large sliding glass doors you step out onto the terrace. There is also a bedroom and bathroom.
On the second floor is a workshop/office space and a large terrace with views over the village and even some sea views.

In Portocolom and its surroundings there are many bays with sand and turquoise blue water. A 5-minute drive away is the Vall D´Or golf course.
