This extraordinary plot lies in the southeast of Mallorca, between the towns of Felanitx and Portocolom, and offers a total area of approximately 212,800 m2 amid wonderful Mediterranean nature.

Felanitx is a traditional town, where everything for daily necessities can be found in just a few minutes on foot. Every Sunday there is a big weekly market.

Portocolom is a little fishing village in the southeast with the largest and most beautiful natural harbour of the island. During the summer season all kinds of boats and yachts can be admired, and people enjoy the beaches and the turquoise and crystal-clear water. Many restaurants are situated at seafront, inviting to sit down for a sundowner or a nice dinner overlooking the sea.

The golf course Vall D’Or can also be reached in just a few minutes by car. This beautiful course offers wonderful views across the surrounding towns and the Mediterranean Sea.
