This Finca under construction is located close to the popular town of Santanyi in the southeast of Mallorca.

A staircase leads up to the upper floor with the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. From this room you have a fantastic sea view. 2 further bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite and another bathroom complete the upper floor.

Outside is the pool with a size of 16x5m. There is also a covered area with barbecue and a shower room.

Bathing bays and the 18-hole golf course Vall D’Or are also not far away.

The island’s capital Palma with its lively life as well as the international airport can be reached in only about 35/45 minutes by car.
