You will find this lovely detached chalet in a quiet neighbourhood in Portocolom. The house has private parking for one car, private gardens and pool.

Upon entering, you step into the bright living/dining room. To your right is the fully equipped kitchen which gives access to the garden.
On the ground floor you will find another room that you can use as you wish, (bedroom, sittingroom) that also gives access to the garden. There is also a bathroom with shower and a storage room with washing machine.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms (2 with fitted wardrobes), and an additional bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms have a private terrace. 1 bedroom has air conditioning.
All rooms have radiators with gas powered central heating.

Portocolom is a pretty fishing village with a nice promenade around the harbour. Along the way, you will come across many restaurants and terraces to enjoy a Mediterranean meal. There are also several sandy bays with beautiful blue waters. For the golf enthusiast, the Vall Dor Golf is 5 minutes by car.
