This beautiful modern townhouse is situated in the local town of Felanitx.
Through the beautiful wooden front door you enter the hall. If you continue inside you will find the kitchen and dining room on the ground floor. Also here are a bedroom, bathroom and a laundry room. From the kitchen you step into the cosy garden where you can enjoy a delicious lunch with friends and family or take a dive in the pool.
When we move upstairs we find the living room with a fireplace, a bedroom and bathroom. From the living room you step out onto a lovely terrace.
From this floor you can go up one more flight of stairs to the roof terrace. Here you can create a nice lounge area and enjoy the outdoor kitchen. There is also a beautiful view over Felanitx and you can see the old church.

In Felanitx you will find all the necessary shops for daily living. Every Sunday there is the market with fresh fruit and vegetables and other local products. At 15 minutes drive is the fishing village Portocolom with many restaurants and several bays where you can swim.
