This Mediterranean terraced house lies in a well-maintained residential complex in Portocolom, in the southeast of Mallorca.

The living space of approx. 140 m2 spreads out over 3 floors. The ground floor comprises a completely equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, as well as a living and dining room with access to a terrace with a little but lovely green area. The first floor offers two bedrooms with bathrooms en suite, the second floor offers one bedroom and one bathroom en suite. The rooms are bright and cosy.

Several balconies lie on both sides of the house. Consequently, it is possible to enjoy the sun the whole day long. A little staircase leads from one of these balconies to the roof terrace with barbecue area. Here you will be able to enjoy the wonderful panoramic view, as well as delicious meals with friends and family. A garden with an area of 20 m2 is also available.

The equipment includes an air conditioning system. In addition, the house has a parking space in the garage and a storeroom.

The surrounding beaches are very pretty and invite to relax and sunbathe.
