The chalet is located in a quiet area of Portocolom, in the south-east of Mallorca. The plot has a size of 250 m2 and the chalet offers a living space of 150 m2 spread out over two floors and a basement.

On the ground floor there is a big bright living room with dining area, a bathroom with shower, a modern kitchen with island and high quality household appliances, as well as a beautiful terrace. Furthermore, there are a garden with Astroturf, a community pool and a carport with enough space for two vehicles.

There are three ways of reaching the garden: through the entrance door, via the terrace and through the kitchen’s glass door, which offers a direct view of the pool.

The terrace has a big electric awning which covers the whole terrace with shade.

A staircase with glass banister leads to the top floor, where the master bedroom with built-in wardrobe, bathroom with shower and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the surroundings is located. A second bedroom with terrace completes this floor.

In the basement there is a big room divided in two areas by a glass screen. Furthermore, there is another bedroom with built-in wardrobe. A laundry room completes the basement.

The chalet is really bright thanks to its big windows and glass banisters, which enable the light to reach every corner. Four skylights fill the basement with daylight as well. The building materials used in the construction of this house are of highest quality, as well as the equipment.

Portocolom is a cosy and lively town the whole year round, where you will find everything to cover every day’s needs. Beautiful beaches as S’Arenal and Cala Marçal are reachable within minutes by foot.

Real golf lovers only have to drive 4 km to reach the golf club Vall D’Or. This golf course is moderately difficult and offers fantastic views of the surrounding towns and the Mediterranean Sea.
