This rural house is part of a beautiful old finca and has been newly renovated to the latest standard.

It is located on the edge of the small village S’Horta in the beautiful southeast of Mallorca.

The ground floor consists of a spacious living dining area, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The living-dining area has a wood stove and has direct access to the large veranda, which has an outdoor dining area.

On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms each with  a bathroom en suite. From the master bedroom you reach a terrace with a beautiful view of the countryside and the distant Mediterranean Sea.

A private pool (6.10 x 3.75 m), further terraces and a barbecue area complete this house.

S’Horta is a quiet, small village where you can find everything necessary for the daily life.

The access to many of the most beautiful beaches in the southeast of Mallorca is very fast and if you like to play golf, the golf course Val D’Or is only 5 minutes from the house.
