This idyllic modern finca, built in 2016, is located in a rural area between the municipalities of Felanitx and Campos, in the heart of Mallorca.The house is located in a very quiet area, nestled in the beautiful Mallorcan nature with its original trees and plants, on a plot of 18,000 m2.

The main house has an area of 200 m2 on two floors.

On the ground floor is a spacious living/dining room, which leads to an open kitchen. The whole room is flooded with light thanks to the large windows, which provide perfect connection with outside. From here you have access to the terrace that leads to the pool and the large garden. There is a veranda and an area with a pergola. The views are beyond words! You can look out over the fields, all the way to the Serra de Llevant.

On the ground floor there are also 2 double bedrooms with modern bathrooms, one of them is a en-suite. A staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find two double bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower.

The whole house has air conditioning (cold/hot) and central heating.

The outside area of this finca, has a small plantation with olive trees, and offers an 8×4 m saltwater pool with adjacent a large lawn and has an outdoor shower.In addition, this finca has a double garage and a permanent barbecue area.

The town of Felanitx with its shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets is only a few minutes away by car. There you can get everything you need for daily life.

A visit to the weekly market, which always takes place on Sundays, is worthwhile if you want to buy seasonal and regional products.

The beautiful beaches in the south-west of the island are within easy reach.
