This semi-detached chalet of 324 m2, with rental permit, has a wonderful seaview. From the garden you also have a good sight on the lighthouse.

On the ground floor you will find the living/dining room, the kitchen and a guest toilet. From the living room you step onto the shaded porch outside. On warmer days you can cool down in the pool or use the access to go into the sea. On colder days you can also warm up in the small indoor pool or make use of the fitness.

Going upstairs you will find 1 bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There are 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

At the entrance there is a staircase down to the basement. This has been redesigned into an additional living space. There is a living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, storage space and to top it all off, a sauna.
You can enjoy nice meals in the large open space where there is also a BBQ.

Portocolom is a nice fishing village where you can enjoy a walk around the harbour. There are many good restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy.
Within 1 minute you are on the beautiful beach of Cala Marsal.

Felanitx and Santanyi are larger villages about 10 and 20 minutes away where you can also enjoy the restaurants and weekly markets with local products.
