This flat is the perfect place to enjoy beautiful Portocolom and its surroundings for all-year-round or regular holidays.
It is located in a well-kept complex with a green garden and large swimming pool. Within minutes you are at the shops and the port. Here you can stroll along the promenade to the lighthouse, for example. There are also plenty of restaurants and terraces where you can enjoy a Mediterranean meal.

Upon entering the apartment, you immediately find the fully equiped open kitchen on the left. Adjacent is the living/dining room. Down the hall to the left are 3 bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. There is another bathroom and at the end of the hallway you will find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a walk in closet.

Through the sliding glass doors, you step onto the balcony which is equipped with electric sunscreens. A spiral staircase goes up to the roof terrace where you can always enjoy the sun and even catch a glimpse of the harbour.

Underneath the complex is a garage where you have your own parking space and a storage room.

Portocolom is a fishing village where there is always activity. There are beautiful beaches with clear blue waters and for the golf lover, the Vall D´Or golf with its 18 holes is a 5-minute drive away. Larger villages such as Felanitx and Santanyi can be reached within about 10 and 20 minutes by car.
