This terraced house with a unique view across the natural harbour lies in the residential area of Sa Punta in Portocolom, in the southeast of Mallorca.

The house offers a living space of approximately 97 m2. The entrance leads into the kitchen on the left, straight there are a few steps that lead downwards to the living room with dining area and chimney. This area has access to a covered terrace with dining area and only a few meters away are the cliffs and the sea.

On the first floor there are a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. There is another floor between the first and the second floor, which comprises a bedroom. The second floor offers a bedroom and a balcony with wonderful views across the harbour and the whole town, as well as the mountains in the distance.

Two bedrooms have air conditioning and one bathroom has underfloor heating. The living room has a chimney and a gas heater. Furthermore, there is a storeroom and a carport.

Portocolom is an attractive town in the southeast of Mallorca, where you can find everything you need for daily necessities the whole year round: good restaurants by the sea, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a primary school and all kinds of water sport activities.

The beach of S’Arenal de Portocolom, with fine sand and crystal-clear water, as well as the symbolic lighthouse of Portocolom lie only a few meters away from the house.
