There aren’t many properties able to offer the qualities of this finca in the south-east of Mallorca. It is an old agricultural finca of 128.670 m2 located amid a beautiful hilly landscape between Portocolom and Felanitx.

The main house was built in 1900 and offers a living space of approx. 390 m2. There are other surrounding buildings which were used for agricultural work. The total of the constructed area is approx. 967 m2.

The buildings are located on a hill, so there is a nice panoramic view of the charming landscape and the mountain Sant Salvador.

Furthermore, it is possible to make a new construction on one of the plots of the finca. So, there is a great variety of possibilities. The tourism potential is big thanks to the rural location, easy accessible and close to the sea.

Felanitx is located only 5 minutes away by car and the charming harbour of Portocolom is only 9 km away. Both towns offer everything for the daily life: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. In Portocolom there is also a big variety of sport activities, as well as beautiful beaches with fine sand and turquoise water. The popular golf club Vall D’Or is also located nearby.
