The top floor offers two bedrooms and one bathroom, as well as two balconies with beautiful views across the Mediterranean landscape and the sea in the distance.

Furthermore, there is a well-maintained outdoor area with community pool and green areas.

An electric heating completes this lovely property.

Animals are not allowed in this house.

Portocolom with its old town and fisherman’s houses has a really special charm. It is the biggest natural harbor on the island and offers all kind of water sport activities. Here you will also find everything you need for the daily life: supermarkets, pharmacy, primary school, different shops and really good restaurants. Some of these restaurants are located at frontline, so you can enjoy the wonderful views while having an excellent meal.

The closest beaches are some of the most beautiful of the south-east of Mallorca. Cala Marçal offers crystal clear water and white sand only a few minutes away from the house.

Golf lovers will only have to drive 5 km to reach the popular Golf Club Vall D’Or.
