This charming apartment lies in second line to the sea at the harbor of Portocolom, in the southeast of Mallorca.

The living space of approx. 100 m2 comprises two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them ensuite, as well as an open living and dining area with a completely equipped kitchen. Furthermore, there are two balconies with beautiful sea view, as well as another little room, which could be used as office.

An air conditioning offers nice temperatures in summer, as well as on cold winter days. The equipment also includes a washing machine and a drier.
