This beautiful newly built house is located in the quiet Majorcan village of S´Alqueria Blanca. You can move in straight away to enjoy all the beauty it has to offer.

On the ground floor you will find the open kitchen, dining/living room with a lovely fireplace for those colder winter nights, a guest toilet and a laundry room. The large windows and wooden beams in the ceiling complete the picture. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.

There is a deep garden with a beautiful olive tree and a swimming pool to cool down on warmer days. In the background you can see the green surroundings and mountains.

S´Alqueria Blanca is a typical Majorcan village. You can enjoy a coffee on a terrace, eat at one of the restaurants and get your daily needs at the bakery, pharmacy or supermarket.
At 5 to 10 minutes’ drive you are at the coast where many bays can be found. Santanyi is a 5-minute drive away where there is a market twice a week.
