Straight ahead is the spacious living and dining room with a unique fireplace, purchased many years ago in the South of France and beautiful old wooden beams give a lot of charm to the house. The comfortable kitchen is in open connection with the living room. Large sliding doors to the spacious terrace give this room a very sunny atmosphere. A study, a double bedroom with bathroom en suite and a guest bathroom complete this floor.

On the top floor there are two double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom has a spacious walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with freestanding bathtub and access to a terrace with beautiful views of the Mediterranean landscape. There is also a second living room on this floor.

The house has underfloor heating and a central air conditioning system supplied by a heat pump, providing an ideal environment all year round.

The beautiful garden has a large infinity pool surrounded by lemon and orange trees. Close to the kitchen and the dining room, there is a large barbecue area that is perfect for enjoying a relaxing dinner with friends. All in all, this is a magical place that you will not want to leave.
