This finca is located in a very nice area in the catchment area of the small village Calonge in the southeast of Mallorca. There you will find everything needed for your daily life such as small supermarket, pharmacy, bank, shops, bars as well as some very good restaurants.

The finca consists of a new-built house, a large Mediterranean garden with some fruit trees, olive trees and small palm trees as well as a large private pool.

The house is divided into two floors and is surrounded by spacious terraces and verandas. Under one of these verandas and therefore protected by the summer sun is the summer kitchen with barbecue area and a complete dining area.

On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, a large living dining area, a shower room, a very generous fully equipped kitchen with dining area and fireplace, a utility room, a storage room and a large room with a complete glass wall of two large glass doors. This space, flooded with light, is perfect for seminars, workshops and/or courses because it has independent access.

On the first floor you will find two double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate room through the terrace with a private bathroom en suite. This very spacious room can be used in many ways; for example as a guest room, a study room or a play room.

Both bedrooms on the upper floor have direct access to the terrace, from which you can enjoy a great view to the sea.

Furthermore the Finca has also a very large garage.

In this rural area life is very quiet but at the same time some very lively places like Cala d’Or and Santanyi are not far away. The picturesque fishing village and its largest natural harbor of Mallorca, Portocolom is only 8.5 km from the finca.

Many of the most beautiful beaches in the southeast of Majorca like Cala Mondragó or Cala Sa Nau are just a few kilometers away.

If you are a golf enthusiast, you only have to drive 10 minutes to the Vall d’Or golf course.
