This new finca under construction is just a few minutes away from Portocolom, in the south-east of Mallorca. A large wooden door gives access to a spacious courtyard with its own well. The so-called patio provides access to the main house, the guest house, the utility room and the garage.

In the main house there is an entrance with open gallery and it offers a living space of 497 m2. To the left there is a dining room with open access to the spacious kitchen. French doors lead to the adjoining terrace. On the ground floor is the living room, which is very bright thanks to the large French doors.  There is access to the terrace. Furthermore, there is a guest toilet on this floor, as well as a double bedroom with bathroom en suite, not to forget a walk-in wardrobe.

A staircase leads to the top floor with another living room, which is suitable as a TV room. There is also the master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, walk-in wardrobe and access to the terrace, which has breathtaking views of the countryside with its Mediterranean flora and the sea. Two other double bedrooms, sharing a bathroom, complete this floor.

The guest house, which is also accessible from the patio, offers an open space with living room, dining room and kitchen. The wooden beams of this room create a very special atmosphere. The house opens onto the beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants.There is also a double bedroom with bathroom en suite.

The huge swimming pool with a size of 15×6 m and the surrounding sun terrace invite you to swim and relax.
