This new town house is located at the outskirts of Alqueria Blanca in the south-east of Mallorca. Modern equipment meets Majorcan atmosphere in a harmonious way thanks to the use of local materials. The house spreads out over two floors and offers a living space of approximately 180 m2 on a plot of 320 m2. An open and light entrance hall welcomes you on the ground floor. Furthermore, there is one double bedroom with bathroom en suite, as well as a guest toilet. The entrance hall leads to the big living room with dining room and a modern open kitchen. Big glass doors lead to the terrace, which offers enough space for an outdoor dining area. There is also a 3x7m pool with sun terrace. The whole plot is surrounded by a stone wall which offers absolute privacy. From here you can enjoy the wonderful views of the Majorcan landscape.

The town of Santanyi is located only 4 km away, which offers everything one needs. The popular market takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays, which invite to go shopping. Several beautiful beaches with turquoise waters are also located nearby.
