This new construction house is located in a very quiet side street of Portocolom, in the southeast of Mallorca.
It has about 172m2 of living space and is laid out on 3 floors.
On the ground floor is the spacious kitchen, as well as a small lounge with a fireplace. A large glass door gives a lot of light into the room and leads directly to a patio, where we find the pool. Mediterranean plants give the courtyard a beautiful ambience. A guest toilet and a utility room complete the lower floor.
Since this object has access through two different streets, there is another door towards the other street.
