This charming finca is located on a hill near Cas Concos in the south-east of Mallorca.

The property offers a fantastic panoramic view over the Mediterranean nature.

On the ground floor of this house there is the entrance hall, to the right there are the bedrooms.

This area can be entered through a separate front door. There are 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

Furthermore, there is the cosy, large living and dining area with open kitchen.  A fireplace provides a wonderful living climate on colder days. From the kitchen, high French doors lead to 2 large covered terraces, which invite you to linger outside. A guest toilet, a laundry room with boiler room and another large room complete the lower area.

A staircase leads to the upper floor, which houses 3 further bedrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite as well as access to a very spacious terrace, which offers a magnificent view over the garden and the surrounding countryside.

The island capital with its international airport is about 45 minutes away by car.
