This small and well-designed apartment / studio is located in a very well-kept residential community situated directly at the Golf club Vall D’Dor in the southeast of Mallorca.

A large swimming pool in the middle of a green meadow and a garden are part of this community.

The approximately 50 m2 apartment is located on the first and last floor, which allows a fantastic and unobstructed view over the extensive green areas of the Golf course as well as Portocolom, Mallorca’s largest natural harbor and the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with a comfortable shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, open to the dining area and a living room with access to a large balcony which offers enough space for a sitting or dining area outside.

For the cooler months, the apartment is equipped with several stone slabs – heating, which emit infrared heat. This radiant heat is a very pleasant warmth and has a positive effect on your well-being.

And if you like to play Golf, you are, of course, in the right place! The Golf Club Val d’Or is a medium-heavy, very varied course with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea.

In the club house you will find besides the normal infrastructure of a Golf club (reception, storage, changing rooms, etc.), a restaurant / cafe of very good quality, from whose wide terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view.

The picturesque fishing port of Porto Colom and the small village of S’Horta are only approx.3.5 km from the apartment.

Portocolom is a very cozy and over whole the year lively village,where you can find everything you need for your daily life.

Very beautiful beaches such as S’Arenal de Portocolom, Cala Marçal or Cala Sa Nau are only a few kilometers away.

The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is about 60 km (about 50 minutes by car) from the residential community and the international airport about 56 km.
