This modern apartment is located very centrally in the pretty village of Portocolom in the south east of Mallorca.

It has three bedrooms (two double and one single), all with access to the balcony, a bathroom with shower and a large and bright room, where you can find the living/dining room and the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has an american counter open to the dining area. From the living dining area you reach to the terrace.

From where you have a wonderful view of the port and lighthouse of Portocolom.

In the living area there is a fireplace, which in the colder season not only provides warmth but also gives the entire apartment a very cozy atmosphere.

The village of Portocolom, with its picturesque fishing port, is very lively throughout the year. Everything you need for the daily life and beyond can be reached from the apartment comfortably on foot. Very good restaurants are located directly on the harbor promenade, small shops and very nice bars.

The clean beach of Cala Marçal with its fine sand and turquoise blue waters is just 700 meters from the apartment.

Other beautiful beaches of the south-east of Mallorca such as S’Arenal of Portocolom, the Cala Sanau or the Cala Mondragó are only a few kilometers away by car.

If you are a golf enthusiast, the golf course Vall d’Or is only 6 km from the apartment.
