This wonderful Finca is located in the middle of the Mediterranean nature in Alqueria Blanca in the southeast of Mallorca.

The house has been renovated in 2017 extensively and with only high-quality building materials. Old country house aspects and modern construction methods have been combined.

The beautiful country house has a living area of approx. 459 m2, which is distributed over 2 floors. On the lower floor the cosy, spacious living room with fireplace is inviting.On cooler days this provides for a pleasant room climate.

Furthermore you will find the dining area with a fully equipped, open kitchen. From here you can access the adjoining terrace. In total there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms available. Three of the bathrooms are en suite. A sauna completes the upper area. The beautifully designed pool area invites you to sunbathe and relax. The garden is planted with typical Mediterranean plants. From the finca you can enjoy a wonderful view over the landscape up to the sea. There is also an annex, which with its 33m2 living space can be used as a guest area with its own terrace.

Alqueria Blanca is a small but lively village with nice restaurants, supermarkets and bars. A pharmacy and a bank are also not missing.

Only 4 kilometres away is the town of Santanyi, which can serve all the amenities of daily life. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the popular weekly markets take place here, which invite you to go shopping.

Some beautiful, white sandy beaches with turquoise blue water can be found in the surrounding area, for example in the Mondragó nature area.

The capital Palma as well as the international airport can be reached in about 60 minutes by car.
