This cozy finca is a real little jewel, which lies in the town of Es Llombards, only 5 minutes away from Santanyi.

The house is completely renovated and has a living space of approx. 140 m2 on a plot of approx. 770 m2.

The ground floor of the main house comprises a living and dining room, a kitchen, a guest toilet, as well as the master bedroom with bathroom en suite. Furthermore, this area leads to a beautiful covered terrace.

An outdoor staircase leads to the top floor. Here you will find another bedroom with bathroom en suite, as well as another covered terrace with wonderful views across the Mediterranean landscape with Santanyi’s church tower in the distance.

In the garden there is a little guest house of approx. 20 m2. It comprises the third bedroom, also with bathroom en suite.

The big French windows let the light flood into the rooms creating a cozy feeling. Furthermore, the house is equipped with a central heating and air conditioning warm/cold in the bedrooms. 

Es Llombards is a little town where you will find everything for daily necessities. An advantage of this charming property is the closeness to the popular town of Santanyi. There you will find not only fresh products every Wednesday and Saturday at the weekly market, but also several shops and excellent restaurants.

Wonderful beaches like Es Trenc, Cala Llombards or the natural park Mondrago are quickly reached by car.
