S´epinagar is a quiet area in the province of Manacor, it stands between the beautiful meadows that Manacor has to offer. The house is built with first class materials and every detail has been thought of. The view from the house is breathtaking, who would not want a view of the beautiful Mediterranean sea, from your terrace and beautifully landscaped garden.

The ground floor has a spacious kitchen with cooking island connected to the dining room/living room. On this side of the house there is a veranda built over the whole width and we chose to place large wide glass doors so that a lot of light comes in and you can always enjoy the beautiful view. You can extend the house by opening all the doors and enjoying the sea breeze. The other part of the ground floor has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and spacious fitted wardrobes a guest toilet and a laundry room. The upper floor is accessed via the hallway, where there are four more spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. All rooms have fitted wardrobes as well, two of the bedrooms have a lovely terrace of 17 m2.

From the veranda a path leads to the porch, where there is an outdoor kitchen, where you can place a large spacious table to enjoy a nice glass of wine on the terrace. The swimming pool is definitely a must and a beautiful detail of this house. The whole house has underfloor heating and built-in air conditioning.
