This beautiful house lies in the charming fishing village of Portocolom, in the southeast of Mallorca. It is located in a little housing complex.

In total the house comprises four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which spread out across a living space of approx. 95 m2. Furthermore, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and an adjacent exterior area for electrical appliances, as well as a spacious living room. From here, there is access to the terrace with little lawn area. A bedroom and a bathroom complete the ground floor. A staircase leads to the top floor, which comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a terrace here as well. The equipment includes air conditioning in one of the top floor bedrooms, as well as a central gas heating.

The outdoor area comprises a pool, which invites to refresh on hot summer days.

Portocolom is a cosy and lively town the whole year round, where you will find everything for daily necessities.

All golf lovers will only have to drive 4 km to reach the golf club Vall D’Or. This golf course is moderately difficult and offers fantastic views of the surrounding towns and the Mediterranean Sea.
