This modern apartment is located on the ground floor and it was completely renovated. It is located in the old town of the beautiful fishing village Portocolom in the south-east of Mallorca, in second line to the sea, close to the church and the square.

The layout of the apartment is the typical of a Majorcan house. A big entrance leads to the living and dining room, which leads to a patio. Furthermore, there is a completely equipped modern kitchen, which is open to the living room, as well as a bathroom and two bedrooms: one oriented to the patio and the other one to the quiet road.

A big inner courtyard and a covered area for the washing machine complete the exterior of the apartment. In addition, there is a storeroom for bicycles, motorbikes, etc. with direct access to the street, as well as to the living room.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (warm/cold), so there is a nice temperature in the house the whole year round.

Portocolom is a wonderful place to live. It offers everything for daily needs, as well as several activities thanks to the close location to the sea.

Beautiful beaches are located nearby the apartment. The next one is only 800 m away.

The surroundings are very charismatic, as it is the origin of Portocolom. The “fiestas”, the popular festivities of the town, take place on the church square every summer.
