This old renovated Finca is located only 3 km away from the beautiful coastal town Portocolom.

The ground floor comprises a spacious living and dining room with chimney, a completely equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the terrace, two individual bedrooms and one bathroom. Furthermore, there is an open room, which is adjoining the living room and currently used as an office. It is possible to close this room, consequently creating an independent area as it has its own entrance.

The top floor offers a hall, one bathroom and two double bedrooms.

The utility/technical room and a central heating complete this beautiful country house.

The location of the finca is ideal thanks to the proximity to Portocolom. The house is surrounded by almond tree fields and offers a panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea and the horizon.

Portocolom is a cosy and lively town the whole year round, where you will find everything for daily needs. Beautiful beaches as S’Arenal and Cala Marçal invite to go for a swim and to relax and enjoy.

Golf lovers will only have to drive 4 km to reach the golf club Vall D’Or. This golf course is moderately difficult and offers fantastic views of the surrounding towns and the Mediterranean Sea.
