On the ground floor is the bright living/dining room with an open kitchen that is fully equipped. There is a separate utility room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Through the large sliding glass doors you enter the garden with swimming pool.
On the first floor, there are 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is an area for a second living room or chill out with beautiful views over the countryside.
Another floor higher you will find the large roof terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Cabrera.

Ses Salines is mainly a residential community, so you will find plenty of amenities for year-round living, but also everything you need for a holiday. The local market is held on Thursdays, while Santanyi offers a popular weekly market that takes place every Wednesday and Saturday. Some of the most beautiful beaches, such as Platja d’es Carbó and Es Trenc, are a short journey away. Palma and the international airport can be reached in about 40 minutes.
