This country house was renovated in 2007 and lies on a plot of approx. 12,000 m2 in the charming area of Son Negre, nearby Felanitx, in the southeast of Mallorca.

The living space of approx. 154 m2 spreads out over two floors. The ground floor comprises a completely equipped open kitchen with island, dining area and chimney, as well as a living room. Furthermore, there are a double bedroom and a bathroom.

The top floor comprises another inviting living room, as well as two double bedrooms, one bathroom and a balcony.

The finca’s outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired: a porch, green lawn, Mediterranean plants, fruit trees, vine, as well as a 12 x 3,5 m pool. In addition, there is an own well and the garage can be fit out.

There is another house adjacent to the property, but the privacy is in no way limited by it.

Felanitx is located only 5 minutes away by car and the charming harbor of Portocolom 15 minutes. Both towns offer everything for the daily life: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. In Portocolom there is also a big variety of sport activities, as well as beautiful beaches with fine sand and turquoise water. The popular golf club Vall D’Or is also located nearby.
